Terelj - National Park in Mongolia
This park resort is popular with visitors crossing in Mongolia (in transit). Located 55km northeast of the capital of Mongolia, this place is easily accessible both by public transportation through your private guide. The average altitude is 1600m and the air is often cool, even in summer. A tariff is requested at the park entrance (+ -3500 tugrik).
Since the site receives many visitors, do not be surprised at the "development" owner of the place. That said, this place remains a very nice where you can do many activities in a more organized than anywhere else in Mongolia.
Less than two hours drive from the Mongolian capital, the landscape is charming and hospitable nature. Rest and exotic await you in this beautiful area. That is the ideal place to relax after long hours of roads in the steppe of Mongolia.
