Bogd Khan Uul
The cost of entry to the park Bogd Khan is 3000 tugrik and the main activities are walking and hiking mountains on horseback. The national park is not legally part of Ulan Bator. Some want to make a hiking Departing Zaisan the memorial, located just outside Ulan Bator.
Things to see in this national park:
Manzushir Buddhist Monastery : There is a camp of yurts next to the monastery (within 200m). There is another camp located a little further, (about 800m)
Tsetseegiin Uul Mountain : This magnificent mountain peaks at over 2250m and is a location of choice (near Ulan Bator) to go hiking.
